Asset Advisory Agreement

An asset advisory agreement is not to be confused with an asset management agreement.

In this arrangement, your wealth manager is authorized to actively inform you of investment risks and opportunities. However, they are not authorized to manage your assets, as is the case when you engage in an asset management agreement.

You can choose what financial moves to make yourself, based on the information you receive from your wealth manager.
