Budapest Stock Exchange

The Budapest Stock Exchange is Hungary’s primary stock exchange. Securities traded on the exchange include stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, treasury bills, compensation notes, government bonds, corporate bonds, mortgage bonds, certificates and derivatives (currency, interest rate, stock index and stock futures; currency, stock and index options). More than 50 issuers are listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange.

The performance of key listed companies is published via the BUX Index, while the CETOP index indicates overall performance of key companies in the entire central European region.

Trading hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CET (UTC+1)
Settlement cycle: T+2
