The profiles available in the mobile plan comparison are based on varying user behavior. You can enter figures matching your exact needs by selecting the custom option available for each category.
Local phone calls
- Few phone calls: 4 phone calls within Switzerland per month, with a call time of 3 minutes per call.
- Occasional phone calls: 10 phone calls within Switzerland per month, with a call time of 3 minutes per call.
- Many phone calls: 300 phone calls within Switzerland per month, with a call time of 5 minutes per call.
Local mobile data
- Low data volume: 200 megabytes per month.
- Average data volume: 800 megabytes per month.
- High data volume: 2500 megabytes per month.
- Very high data volume: 50,000 megabytes per month.
Only Internet connections with speeds of at least 5 Mbps are accounted for in the preset profiles. However, you can include slower offers when you create a custom individual profile by choosing a low minimum speed, or none at all.
Local SMS
- Few SMS messages: 10 SMS messages per month.
- Occasional SMS messages: 30 SMS messages per month.
- Many SMS messages: 500 SMS messages per month
International phone calls
- Few international phone calls: 1 phone call to the selected country per month, with a call time of 8 minutes.
- Occasional international phone calls: 10 phone calls to the selected country per month, with a call time of 5 minutes per call.
- Many international phone calls: 100 phone calls to the selected country per month, with a call time of 5 minutes per call.
Roaming internationally
- The profiles are identical to those used in the roaming calculator, with the difference that they are based on a 14-day roaming period in the selected country.
- Infrequent user: 140 megabytes of mobile data; 6 incoming phone calls from Switzerland and 6 outgoing phone calls to Switzerland, with a call time of 2 minutes each.
- Occasional user: 350 megabytes of mobile data; 14 incoming phone calls from Switzerland and 14 outgoing phone calls to Switzerland, with a call time of 2.5 minutes each.
- Frequent user: 1400 megabytes of mobile data; 38 incoming phone calls from Switzerland and 38 outgoing call to Switzerland, with a call time of 2.5 minutes per call; 38 outgoing phone calls within your destination country, with a call time of 2.5 minutes per call.
- Low data user: 140 megabytes of mobile data in your destination country. No phone calls.
- Heavy data user: 1400 megabytes of mobile data in your destination country. No phone calls.
