Hi there,
In Switzerland, banks normally do not charge fees for services related to secure login, including mTAN. No major Swiss banks charge customers for the SMS with the mTAN needed for authentication.
Some banks charge a fee (typically 20 centimes) per SMS for other SMS services, but not for mTAN authentication. Where special devices are required for secure login, some banks charge a one-time fee for the equipment or to replace lost or damaged equipment.
