CSS Customer Satisfaction

Are you a CSS insurance policy holder or have you been a CSS customer in the past? How would you describe your customer experience at this Swiss health insurance provider? Please share your experiences and opinions here.

Was a CSS customer for 3 years and can't fault their service. They paid up for covered medical care. We aren't a sickly family so we made very few claims, but those were paid squarely. The outpatient policy paid off thanks to the dental coverage for kids. Eventually switched to save on premiums. All in all, a good insurance company for people who want good service and don't mind paying a bit more for it.
