I am busy divorcing my wife. She was the main breadwinner, so I should be entitled to around 100k of her pension fund. I work at the moment and have a pension fund through my company. Will the money I get from my wife go into my pension fund or do I need to open a bank account for it?

If you are employed and participate in an occupational pension fund (2a), the money you receive from your wife's pension savings must be placed in your pension fund.
