Rumor has it that Swiss health insurance covers treatments at thermal baths. Can you confirm this?
Hi there,
Swiss compulsory health insurance contributes 10 Swiss francs per visit towards the cost of up to 21 visits to recognized thermal baths every year. These visits must be prescribed by a doctor to be eligible for the insurance benefit.
Some supplemental health insurance policies extend the coverage for thermal baths which you get with compulsory insurance.
Best regards from Moneyguru
