Health insurance in Switzerland for friends visiting from abroad?

Greetings to all. A couple friends of ours will be visiting for a few weeks and their travel insurance covers 70% of costs. That is ok, but considering Swiss healthcare costs we feel they ought to be fully covered. Does anyone know of an insurance in Switzerland which you can get for visitors from other countries that pays healthcare costs (illness and accidents) which aren't covered by another insurance?

We had guest visit recently and were able to get guest health insurance from our insurance (CSS). Wasn't too expensive and was nice to have the peace of mind even though nothing ended up happening. Try asking your insurance company if they can insure your guests.
