I have been totally dependent on home based care since suffering from a stroke last year. This has cost me a lot of money and I want to know whether I can deduct these expenses from my Swiss taxes. Any help would be appreciated.

The costs of home-based care which you pay for yourself are fully tax deductible if you receive at least 60 minutes of home-based care every day and that care is prescribed by a doctor.
