Hi all, I had a question I've been wanting to ask for a long time. My kids are very sociable and we always have other kids over. Sometimes in holidays friends stay over for days at a time. What if one of the kids staying over were to damage our rented house or scratch a parked car while playing outside, etc. Would their parents be liable or would I? How would the insurance company see it?
