I was self-employed during most of my time in Switzerland and took a regular job a few years ago in order to get some kind of pension. Now that I reached retirement age my employer's pension fund told me they can't pay a pension. They want to just pay out the money I paid in and be over me. So I am pretty much left without the pension I worked hard for. Please tell me that they can't do this.
