How do my contributions to my Swiss pension fund (2a) affect my income taxes in Switzerland? Can pension fund contributions be deducted from taxable income?
Hi there,
Contributions to Swiss pension funds can be deducted from your taxable income. When your pension is paid out, it is taxed at a special, low rate (as with 3a retirement savings).
