Greetings,
Because parking cars is a parking valet's regular job responsibility, liability for damages to parked cars should be covered by the hotel or their public liability insurance provider. It is important that you report the damages to hotel staff immediately (before moving the car) and have them provide you with a written statement confirming their fault so that you can prove your case after leaving the hotel.
