I work in Switzerland. Does that mean I automatically have unemployment insurance?
Hi there,
Any person who is employed in Switzerland and earns a salary of CHF 500 or more should automatically be insured with the unemployment office through their employer. If you aren't sure whether or not you are insured, ask you employer for a copy of your unemployment insurance policy.
