We are expecting our first (and possibly last) child in two months. I am in a management position and would like to get back to work as soon as possible after the baby is born so I do not lose touch. My husband will take care of the baby. Are there any legal or insurance-related issues associated with forfeiting maternity leave and going straight back to work?
