The Börse AG is a joint venture between the stock exchanges of Hamburg and Hannover. In 2017, the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange was also incorporated into the group. This coalition of regional exchanges offers a number of innovative products. These products include: the German Gender Index, an index made of companies showing exceptional gender equality; The Mittelstandsbörse Deutschland, a stock exchange which lists medium-sized German companies; and the NISAX and HASPAX indexes which track the performance of companies in specific regions of Germany.
The Hamburg, Hannover and Düsseldorf exchanges primarily list mid-sized businesses in their corresponding regions. Contracts traded on the exchange include stocks, bonds, and certificates. The exchanges also list a number of specialized investment products and investment funds.
