IAZI Swiss Property Benchmark

The IAZI Swiss Property Benchmark, published by market research firm IAZI CIFI, is a key reference of the overall performance of the Swiss real estate market. Data accounted for in the benchmark includes information about property value, property value developments, rental value, vacancy, profits (gross and net), administrative costs, maintenance costs, insurance costs and more.

IAZI/CIFI also publishes the Swiss Real Estate Offer Index which tracks Swiss real estate offer prices, as well as the SWX IAZI family of indexes published in collaboration with the SIX Swiss Exchange.
