Munich Stock Exchange

Börse München, the stock exchange of Munich in Germany, dates back to the mid nineteenth century. The exchange merged with the Augsburg stock exchange in 1935. Today the Munich Stock Exchange facilitates trading in around 4500 different stocks issued by companies in around 60 countries.

The exchange operates electronically using its MAX-ONE system in combination with human specialists in order to ensure a secure trading environment for investors. The exchange uses external order-book management services and hosts around 60 financial services providers (including UBS) as market participants.

Trading hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CET (UTC+1)
Settlement cycle: T+2
