NAB Immo Index

The NAB Immo-Index is a Swiss real estate index which tracks developments in the prices of real estate in the Canton of Aargau (Argovia).

The index provides useful data on the performance of the Aargau real estate market in relation to the Swiss average. It is published by the Neue Aargauer Bank, with updates released on a biannual basis.

In addition to the main index, the NAB Immo-Index also tracks property prices across the individual municipalities which make up the Canton of Aargau.
