Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA)

The Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA) is the law governing all investment funds – both open-end and closed-end – operating in Switzerland.

This act is compatible with the UCITS fund directive (European Union), enabling the hosting of UCITS funds in Switzerland and broadening the international appeal of Swiss investment funds.
