The interest rate can vary depending on the client's credit-worthiness. Swiss domicile and Swiss bank or postal account mandatory. No open debt collection.
New contracts, increases in existing credits, loan repayments.
Swiss citizenship or foreigners with a valid permit B, C or G.
Regular income and ongoing, unlimited employment.
Employment period of at least 3 months for monthly salary, 6 months for hourly salary.
Can also be self-employed if in business for at least 2 years. Customers with temporary positions are accepted, if they have been employed for more than 6 months.
Minimum net salary: CHF 3000 per month.
Valid passport, ID or driver's licence (for foreigners valid residence permit), salary statements of the last 3 months and a copy of the rental contract.
