Has anyone here used Hypomat online mortgages from the Glarner Kantonalbank? Is it a good place to get a mortgage?

The concept of getting a mortgage completely online is interesting. As far as short-term mortgages go, Hypomat is very affordable. But this isn't for people who do not have at least a fair knowledge of how mortgages work. Unless you apply for mortgages on a regular basis, which most people arguably do not, the convenience benefit of applying online versus getting consultation from an expert is marginal. But it is a great option for mortgage-savvy individuals looking for simple, plain vanilla mortgages.
