The insurer can terminate the contract at the latest 3 months before the end of the contract or calendar year.
Amount of premiums varies depending on the age, place of residence and gender of the insured person. 3% discount when taking out a 3-year contract. At least 5 per cent family discount.
Premiums for over-65s are a maximum of 3x the premiums for 30-year-olds and for over-70s a maximum of 4x the premiums for 30-year-olds.
The insured receive CHF 30 per day for up to 30 days per calendar year for spa or convalescent therapies.
The costs for the stay of the healthy newborn are covered for the duration of the mother's stay in hospital. Waiting period: 365 days.
