Innova Sanvita Plus is available for non-smokers only. For smokers, there is the supplemental health insurance product Innova Activa Plus. Can only be taken out together with supplementary hospital insurance!

Notice period:

The insurer can terminate the contract at the latest 3 months before the end of the contract or calendar year.

Premiums and discounts:

Amount of premiums varies depending on the age, place of residence and gender of the insured person.
The last age class change is at age 81.

Glasses and contact lenses:

No benefits.

Vaccinations:

Vaccinations and Check-ups: 75 percent up to CHF 300 per calendar year together with preventive examinations.

Preventative examinations:

Check-ups and preventive examinations: 75 percent up to CHF 300 per calendar year together with vaccinations.

Gym memberships:

No benefits.

Medicines:

75 percent (maximum CHF 1000 per calendar year) of medicines not covered by health insurance companies.

Alternative medicine:

75 percent up to CHF 1500 per calendar year.

Psychotherapy:

No coverage.

Search & rescue in Switzerland:

Emergency transportation, search and rescue coverage: 75 percent.

Search & rescue abroad:

Emergency transportation, search and rescue: coverage of 75 percent.

Medical costs abroad:

Outpatient: 90 percent.

Tooth misalignment treatments:

Up to the age of 20: 75 percent.

Dental treatments:

75 percent up to the age of 20.

Spa & convalescent therapy :

No benefits.

Equipment:

No benefits.

Sterilization:

Contribution to the cost of prohibition: Women: up to CHF 1000 (one-time). Men: up to CHF 500 (one-time).

Maternity:

No coverage.

Ear corrections:

Contribution to correction of protruding ears: 75 percent up to CHF 1500 (one-time).

Home care:

Medically prescribed care and assistance at home: Coverage of 50 percent for a maximum of CHF 2000 per calendar year.

Additional services:

75 percent for dietary counseling prescribed by a physician and provided by certified dietitians.
Excluded from this are consultations with Weight Watchers and similar organizations.
