The sustainable Swiss private account (individual or shared account) for use by smartphone. The Swiss Hypothekarbank Lenzburg acts as the banking partner.
Monthly account fee: CHF 5.
Included in the monthly fee of 5 francs:
- CO2 compensation through myclimate.
- Planting of 1 tree per 500 francs of card spending.
- Warranty extension of 3 years on electrical products purchased with the neon green card.
- Dashboard with the overview of all planted trees.
Shared account: Basic fee of CHF 36 per year per person, 1 cash withdrawal per month per neon duo card. All other fees such as withdrawals abroad or exchange rates as for neon free.
With the neon card, you can withdraw a maximum of CHF 2000 cash per day, spend CHF 5000 online and CHF 5000 in stores. Paper account statement not possible.
The account is opened via smartphone either by photo ID or video call.
There are no surcharges for card payments abroad (online or in shops). A surcharge of 1.5% is levied on cash withdrawals abroad. The Mastercard interbank exchange rate is used everywhere.
International transfers (SEPA and non-SEPA payments abroad) are processed by neon via Wise.
Cash withdrawals at all ATMs in Switzerland in Swiss francs (CHF): 2 withdrawals per month free of charge, then CHF 2 per withdrawal.
Per cash withdrawal abroad, there is a fee of 1.5% of the amount.
