Premium coverage
General
Worldwide coverage. The legal protection insurance is provided by the Coop Legal Protection AG.
Within the scope of individual insurance: the policyholder. Within the scope of household insurance: the policyholder and those persons who live permanently with him in the same household. In addition: children in education and minor children of these persons who regularly return to his household as weekly residents.
Stamp taxes of 5 percent included.
Choice of legal representation: the insurance company has the right to reject a lawyer proposed by the insured person. The insured person may then propose three lawyers from different law firms in the relevant jurisdiction, from which the insurance company can select the lawyer to be appointed.
