SWX IAZI Investment Real Estate Price Index

The SWX IAZI Investment Real Estate Price Index tracks prices at which Swiss investment properties are sold. The index is based on around 50 % of market-based, voluntary sales of Swiss investment properties.

Together with the SWX IAZI Condominium Price Index, the SWX IAZI Private House Price Index, the SWX IAZI Private Real Estate Price Index and the SWX IAZI Investment Real Estate Price Index, this index makes up the SWX IAZI family of indexes. This family of indexes, together with the SWX Immobilienfonds Index, makes up the SWX family of indexes.
