SWX Immobilienfonds Index

The SWX Immobilienfonds Index tracks the performance of Swiss real estate investment funds listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

The index incorporates two real estate fund indexes previously published by the Zürcher Kantonalbank – the SWIIT performance index and the SWIIP performance index – both of which were launched in 1995 with base values of 100 points.

This index makes up part of the SWX family of real estate indexes, which also includes the SWX IAZI Real Estate Performance Index, the SWX IAZI Investment Real Estate Price Index, the SWX IAZI Private House Price Index, the SWX IAZI Private Real Estate Price Index and the SWX IAZI Condominium Price Index.
