SWX IAZI Real Estate Performance Index

The SWX IAZI Real Estate Performance Index tracks the performance of the Swiss real estate market by combining data from the SWX IAZI Private Real Estate Price Index with data from the IAZI Swiss Property Benchmark.

By combining price developments with net cash flow yield, this index provides a solid overview of returns on Swiss real estate investments.

This index makes up part of the SWX family of indexes which are published by the SIX Swiss Exchange in collaboration with IAZI AG/CIFI SA. This SWX index family also includes the SWX Immobilienfonds Index, the SWX IAZI Private House Price Index, the SWX IAZI Condominium Price Index, the SWX IAZI Private Real Estate Price Index and the SWX IAZI Investment Real Estate Price Index.
