General information:

Atupri Mivita Reala: Standard version.

Notice period:

The insurer can terminate the contract at the latest 3 months before the end of the contract or calendar year.

Premiums and discounts:

Amount of premiums varies depending on the age, place of residence and gender of the insured person.
The last age class change is at age 70.
Discount for early payment.
A longer minimum contract term of three years can be selected when taking out insurance. A premium discount is granted for the first longer minimum contract term.

Glasses and contact lenses:

Cost contribution to eyeglass lenses, contact lenses and vision aids: 50 percent up to CHF 300 per calendar year.

Vaccinations:

90 percent.

Preventative examinations:

General prevention: 90 percent up to CHF 200 per calendar year. Preventive gynaecological examinations: CHF 200.

Gym memberships:

Fitness and other health promotion: 50 percent, no more then CHF 500 per calendar year in total.

Medicines:

90 percent of medicines not coverd by health insurance companies.

Alternative medicine:

50 percent up to CHF 1500 per calendar year.

Psychotherapy:

Cost contribution to nonphysician psychotherapy: 60 percent up to CHF 1000 per calendar year together with other specific services.

Search & rescue in Switzerland:

Emergency transportation: full coverage. Search and rescue coverage up to CHF 20,000 per calendar year.

Search & rescue abroad:

Emergency transportation and repatriation: full coverage. Search and rescue coverage up to CHF 50,000.

Medical costs abroad:

Coverage of healthcare costs at the usual local rates for outpatient or inpatient emergency treatment.

Tooth misalignment treatments:

Additional product Atupri Denta up to the age of 25 included.

Dental treatments:

Additional product Atupri Denta needed.

Spa & convalescent therapy :

Contribution to the cost of medically prescribed spa and recreational cures: CHF 60 per day during up to 50 days within 5 calendar years.

Equipment:

50 percent up to CHF 750 per calendar year.

Sterilization:

Contribution to the costs of prohibition: 60 percent up to CHF 1000 per calendar year together with other specific services.

Maternity:

Prenatal classes, antenatal classes, pelvic gymnastics, midwive services: 60 percent up to CHF 1000 per calendar year together with other specific services.
Nursing mother's allowance: CHF 200 per child.
Stay in birthing center under 5 days: CHF 150 per day.

Ear corrections:

60%, maximum of CHF 1000 per calendar year together with other specific services.

Home care:

Cost contribution to medically prescribed care and assistance at home: CHF 40 per day, for a maximum of 30 days per calendar year.

Additional services:

Travel insurance.
